OK I work for a call center. Thoes of you who read this already know what one. I am not one of the people that when you call up you get to talk to. I am considered Tier 2 support, this means when the people that call up cant fix it they send it to us so that we can try and fix it. Now why do people seem to think that when they are told, "Tier 2 will call you in just a moment," that they can get the fuck up and leave? They were told in just a moment they will call you. I call and what happens? I GET THERE GOD FORSAKEN VOICEMAIL! Or, I call them and instead of answering there phon,e they let it go to voicemail Then they call me back 2 seconds later after I already started working on someone elses problem. Not to mention they then get mad at you for taking so long to get back to you. Get with the damn program people. If you want my help answer the damn phone when I call your ass. Damn people!
